Shrimp Fried Oyster Sauce/Udang Goreng Saus Tiram

Material:

500 g large shrimp, peeled, reserving its tail, cut back

1 / 2 teaspoon dried oregano
1 / 2 tsp pepper powder

1 tablespoon lime juice
1 / 2 tsp fine salt

Chicken 1 egg, beaten
50 gr cornstarch

2 tablespoons butter
50 gr onions, sliced thin

2 cloves garlic, minced
3 pieces of red chili, seeded, sliced 1 cm menyerong

125 g canned sweet corn kernels
1 tbsp oyster sauce

1 / 2 tsp pepper powder
1 / 2 tsp fine salt

Leaves 15 chives, cut into 2 cm
How to make:
Marinate shrimp with oregano, pepper, lemon juice, and salt. Let stand for 30 minutes. Drain.

Dip in beaten eggs, lift, roll in cornstarch until blended.
Fry shrimp in hot oil until yellow. Remove and drain.

Heat the butter, saute onion and garlic until tender.
Enter the chili and sweet corn. Stir until chili wilt. Then enter the fried shrimp and stir well.

Add oyster sauce, pepper, and salt. Stir until the vegetables are cooked.
Enter the chives, stir and lift. Serve hot.



Bahan :

500 gr udang ukuran besar, kupas, sisakan ekornya, belah punggungnya

1/2 sdt oregano kering
1/2 sdt merica bubuk

1 sdm air jeruk nipis
1/2 sdt garam halus

1 butir telur ayam, dikocok
50 gr tepung maizena

2 sdm mentega
50 gr bawang bombay, iris tipis

2 siung bawang putih, cincang halus
3 buah cabe merah, buang bijinya, iris menyerong 1 cm

125 gr biji jagung manis kalengan
1 sdm saus tiram

1/2 sdt merica bubuk
1/2 sdt garam halus

15 helai daun kucai, potong 2 cm
Cara membuat :
Rendam udang bersama oregano, merica, air jeruk nipis, dan garam. Diamkan selama 30 menit. Tiriskan.

Celupkan dalam telur kocok, angkat, gulingkan dalam tepung maizena hingga rata.
Goreng udang dalam minyak panas hingga kekuningan. Angkat dan tiriskan.

Panaskan mentega, tumis bawang bombay dan bawang putih hingga layu.
Masukkan cabe dan jagung manis. Aduk hingga cabe layu. Lalu masukkan udang goreng, aduk rata.

Tambahkan saus tiram, merica, dan garam. Aduk hingga sayuran matang.
Masukkan kucai, aduk dan angkat. Sajikan panas-panas.
