Resep Pepes Jamur/Mushroom Recipes Pepes

Material:
300 g mushroom, cut a 2
200 gr chicken meat, diced small
10 pieces of red cayenne pepper, cut into oblique
2 red chilli, cut into 1 cm oblique
2 green chilli, cut into 1 cm oblique
6 green tomatoes, cut into pieces
50 g basil leaves
4 bay leaves
4 stems lemon grass, crushed
3 tsp chives, cut oblique
banana leaves for wrapping
2 eggs

Subtle seasoning:
8 spring onions
3 cloves garlic
Turmeric 1 segment
5 points pecan
1 / 2 tbsp salt

How to make:
1. Stir in chicken, mushrooms, red peppers, green peppers, eggs and seasoning mixture until blended.
2. Take a piece of banana leaf, put the basil, bay leaves, lemon grass, chili sauce, green tomatoes, and mushrooms had the dough. Wrap form lontong, then roll, padatkan and pin.
3. Heat the steamer, cook until done. Serve.

Bahan:
300 gr jamur merang, potong jadi 2
200 gr daging ayam, potong dadu kecil
10 buah cabai rawit merah, potong serong
2 buah cabai merah, potong serong 1 cm
2 buah cabai hijau, potong serong 1 cm
6 buah tomat hijau, potong-potong
50 gr daun kemangi
4 lembar daun salam
4 batang serai, memarkan
3 btg daun bawang, potong serong
daun pisang untuk membungkus
2 btr telur ayam

Bumbu halus:
8 siung bawang merah
3 siung bawang putih
1 ruas kunyit
5 butir kemiri
1/2 sdm garam

Cara membuat:
1. Aduk ayam, jamur, cabai merah, cabai hijau, telur dan bumbu halus hingga rata.
2. Ambil selembar daun pisang, beri kemangi, daun salam, serai, cabai rawit, tomat hijau, dan adonan jamur tadi. Bungkus bentuk lontong, kemudian gulung, padatkan dan semat.
3. Panaskan kukusan, masak hingga matang. Sajikan.

Resep Pepes ikan tongkol-Pepes recipe swordfish

Material:
500 g tuna fish cool
2 bunches basil, leaves petiki
8 pcs vegetable starfruit, sliced roughly
4 tsp lemon grass, take the white, finely
4 salam leaves
banana leaves for wrapping

Blend:
6 red chilli
6 pcs red onion
3 cloves garlic
Turmeric 1 segment
4 cloves pecan
1 teaspoon salt

How to make:
1. Toss together the fish, delicate spices, basil, star fruit vegetables, and lemongrass.
2. Take a banana leaf, put a bay leaf, marinated fish, then wrap lengthwise and pin end with a stick.
3. Steam in a steamer which was heated until soft, remove and then grilled over charcoal until fragrant.

Bahan:
500 gr ikan cuek tongkol
2 ikat daun kemangi, petiki daunnya
8 bh belimbing sayur, iris kasar
4 btg serai, ambil putihnya, iris halus
4 lbr daun salam
daun pisang untuk membungkus

Haluskan:
6 buah cabai merah
6 bh bawang merah
3 siung bawang putih
1 ruas kunyit
4 butir kemiri
1 sdt garam

Cara membuat:
1. Aduk rata ikan, bumbu halus, kemangi, belimbing sayur, dan serai.
2. Ambil daun pisang, taruh selembar daun salam, ikan berbumbu, kemudian bungkus memanjang dan semat ujungnya dengan lidi.
3. Kukus dalam dandang yang sudah dipanaskan sampai matang, angkat lalu panggang di atas arang hingga harum.

Grilled fish recipes/Resep ikan kembung bakar bumbu kunyit

Material:
3 tail mackerel (500 grams)
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 / 2 teaspoon salt
400 ml coconut milk

Subtle seasoning:
5 red onions
3 cloves garlic
3 cm turmeric
7 red chilli
1 stalk lemongrass, crushed
1 / 2 teaspoon salt
1 / 4 teaspoon pepper
1 / 8 teaspoon nutmeg powder

How to Make:
1. Soak fish in lemon juice and salt and let stand 30 minutes.
2. Cook seasoning until smooth and thick coconut milk. Soak the fish in it for
30 minutes. Grilled fish with coconut milk dioles occasionally.
3. Serve the grilled fish with sauce.

to 4 servings






Bahan :
3 ekor ikan kembung (500 gram)
1 sendok teh air jeruk nipis
1/2 sendok teh garam
400 ml santan

Bumbu halus :
5 butir bawang merah
3 siung bawang putih
3 cm kunyit
7 buah cabai merah
1 tangkai serai, dimemarkan
1/2 sendok teh garam
1/4 sendok teh merica bubuk
1/8 sendok teh pala bubuk

Cara Membuat :
1. Rendam ikan dalam air jeruk dan garam lalu diamkan 30 menit.
2. Masak bumbu halus dan santan sampai kental. Rendam ikan di dalamnya selama
30 menit. Bakar ikan sambil sesekali dioles kuah santan.
3. Sajikan ikan bakar bersama saus.

Bawal grilled fish recipes/Resep ikan bawal bakar

Spices:
BM (red onion)
BP (garlic)
Pecan
Turmeric (a little)
Salt

How to Make:
1. Bawal split 2, but not to break
2. Bawal in berries lime juice and salt
3. Diulek above all spices until smooth, then spread on the surface of the fish

3. Semua bumbu diatas diulek sampai halus, kemudian di olesi di permukaan ikan
sampai tertutup bumbu.
4. Bakar tiap sisinya 10 menit. Kalau bakarnya pakai oven pakai api atas (broil).

Bawang Merah sedikit
Tomat.
Semua diulek
Tidak perlu diberi garam karena terasi biasanya sudah asin. Tidak perlu gula
jawa/gula pasir.

Grilled fish recipes/Resep ikan bakar

Material:
1 kg of fish
3 spring onions
3 cloves garlic
2 eggs hazelnut
1 ounce brown sugar
1 tablespoon tamarind diluted with half a glass of water
3 tablespoons cooking oil
Salt to taste

How to make:
1. Kalo make grilled fish, the fish remains raw.
2. Puree onion, garlic, nuts and salt. After fine

400 gr snapper fillet
100 ml of water
2 teaspoons lime juice

Bahan Sambal:
150 gr mangga, potong korek api

Ebi Potato Chips recipe/Resep Keripik Kentang Ebi

materials:
750g potatoes good reply for frying , peeled, shaved roughly
salt water for soaking potatoes
whiting water for soaking potatoes (tip of a teaspoon of whiting dissolved in 1 ½ liters of water).
oil for frying

spice-1:
8 red onions, thinly sliced, fried, drained
4 cloves garlic, thinly sliced, fried, drained
3 red chilies, seeded, thinly sliced, fried, drained
75g ebi, scalded, crushed, toasted until cooked and dry, set aside.
1sdt sugar (prescribed 2sdm)
½ tbsp vinegar

spices-2, refined:
3 red chillies
6 cloves garlic
6 eggs hazelnut
1sdt salt

how to make:
soak the potatoes in salt water ca 10 minutes, rinse with clean water, drain. whiting dissolve in water, inputs potatoes, soak ca 10 minutes, washed again, drained, fried until yellow and ripe.

2sdm heat cooking oil, saute the seasoning mixture until fragrant and slightly dry, season of sugar and vinegar, stir, input fries, fried onion, fried garlic, red chilli ebi fried and roasted, stir until well blended.

750g kentang yg bagus tuk digoreng, kupas, serut kasar
air garam tuk perendam kentang
air kapur sirih tuk perendam kentang (seujung sdt kapur sirih larutkan dalam 1½ liter air).
minyak tuk menggoreng

bumbu-1:
8 butir bawang merah, iris tipis, goreng, tiriskan
4 siung bawang putih, iris tipis, goreng, tiriskan
3 cabe merah, buang bijinya, iris tipis, goreng, tiriskan
75g ebi, rendam air panas, haluskan, sangrai hingga matang dan kering, sisihkan.
1sdt gula (diresep 2sdm)
½sdm cuka

bumbu-2, dihaluskan:
3 cabe merah
6 siung bawang putih
6 butir kemiri
1sdt garam

cara membuat:
rendam kentang dalam air garam ca 10 menit, bilas dgn air bersih, tiriskan. larutkan kapur sirih dalam air, masukan kentang, rendam ca 10 menit, cuci lagi, tiriskan, goreng hingga kuning dan matang.

panaskan 2sdm minyak goreng, tumis bumbu halus hingga harum dan agak kering, bubuhi gula dan cuka, aduk, masukan kentang goreng, bawang merah goreng, bawang putih goreng, cabe merah goreng dan ebi sangrai, aduk hingga tercampur rata.

Sambal recipe pirate/Resep sambal bajak

ingredients & spices saute:
whole red chilies
onion intact
red tomatoes are-small size
shrimp paste, toasted

Javanese tamarind water

how to make:

cara membuat:
tumis cabe merah, bawang merah dan tomat hingga layu, tuang kedalam ulekan, bubuhi terasi, gula merah dan garam sesuai selera, haluskan sambil diberi air asem jawa.

sambel bajak enak buat temen makan apa aja misal ayam dan lalapan. but dikita selain makanan tsb sambel ini kerap jadi temennya makan sayur asem :)

Hollandaise sauce recipe

eniwe butter and egg yolk is the main ingredient in hollandaise sauce. butter margarine can be substituted but it was less manstafp. cucok hollandaise dijadiin friends eat various dishes of eggs, ikan2an (both ordinary cooked, or grilled steak), vegetables & root vegetables from the material (potatoes and teman2nya).


materials:
3sdm butter
2sdm flour
200ml fish stock water »I use chicken broth
Yolk 2bh
100ml vispgrädde
pepper & salt to taste
1sdt lemon juice

how to make:
input stengah the butter into a saucepan, add the flour and broth, cook a few minutes.

in another container mix together the egg yolks and vispgrädde, input into the pan, stirring frequently. continue to cook until the sauce thick. input remaining butter, season with pepper sauce, salt and lemon juice to taste, stir well and cook again for a minute. ready for use.

tips:
let result manstafp cooked sauce pan with a way to put in other containers ataw pans loaded water. It is also a good way to really keep the sauce to keep warm without making "burnt"

hollandaise sauce

salah satu variasi hollandaise sauce kesukaan kami menurut intronya hollandaise sauce merupakan saus klasik dapur prancis. binun kan? gapapa saya juga dari namanya nebak ini mesti saus dapur blanda

eniwe butter dan kuning telur merupakan bahan utama hollandaise sauce. butter bisa diganti margarin but rasanya jadi kurang manstafp. saus hollandaise cucok dijadiin teman makan aneka hidangan dari telur , ikan2an (baik yg dimasak biasa, steak maupun grilled), sayuran & sayuran dari bahan umbi (kentang dan teman2nya).


bahan:
3sdm butter
2sdm tepung terigu
200ml air kaldu ikan »saya pakai air kaldu ayam
2bh kuning telur
100ml vispgrädde
merica & garam secukupnya
1sdt air jeruk lemon

cara membuat:
masukan stengah bagian butter kedalam panci, tambahkan tepung dan air kaldu, masak beberapa menit.

dalam wadah lainnya campur jadi satu kuning telur dan vispgrädde, masukan kedalam panci sambil diaduk. lanjutkan memasak hingga saus kental. masukan sisa butter, bumbui saus dgn merica, garam dan air jeruk lemon sesuai selera, aduk rata, masak kembali sebentar saja. siap digunakan.

tips:
biar hasilnya manstafp saus dimasak dgn cara meletakan panci didalam wajan ataw wadah lainnya yg diisi air. cara ini juga bagus banget tuk menjaga agar saus tetap hangat tanpa membuatnya "hangus"
