SAMBEL GORENG ATI AMPELA

Material:

4 bh ampela liver and chicken, sliced 2 cm x 2 cm
250 ml coconut milk
20 points petai (if any)
1 tablespoon cooking oil
salt and pepper

puree:
5 pcs red onion
3 cloves garlic
4 pcs red chili
3 cm galangal
1 teaspoon shrimp paste
How to make:
Heat the oil in a saucepan. Enter a blended spices, fragrant enter the liver, ampela chicken, and petai and stir well. After the liver and ampela change color, enter the milk and stir well. Add salt and pepper, reduce the heat. Cook, all-time in the coconut milk stirring until boiling and slightly thickened. Serve.



Bahan:

4 bh hati dan ampela ayam, iris 2 cm x 2 cm
250 ml santan
20 butir petai ( kalau ada)
1 sdm minyak goreng
garam dan merica

haluskan:
5 bh bawang merah
3 siung bawang putih
4 bh cabe merah
3 cm lengkuas
1 sdt terasi
Cara membuatnya:
Panaskan minyak dalam panci. Masukkan bumbu yang dihaluskan, setelah harum masukkan hati, ampela ayam, dan petai dan aduk rata. Setelah hati dan ampela berubah warna, masukkan santan dan aduk rata. Tambahkan garam dan merica, kecilkan apinya. Masak sambil sekali-kali di aduk sampai santan mendidih dan sedikit mengental. Sajikan.
