CHICKEN /AYAM BAKAR PADANG

Material:

1 chicken, cut four
3 cm cinnamon
3 pieces of clove
3 sheets of orange leaves
Turmeric 1 lbr daun
800 ml coconut milk
3 tablespoons cooking oil

Blend:
4 pieces of red chilli
3 cloves garlic
4 pieces red onion
3 candle nut
½ teaspoon whole peppercorns
1 tsp coriander
½ tsp aniseed
½ tsp cumin
2 cm ginger
3 cm turmeric
How to make:
Preheat oven to 200 ° C. Heat oil and saute the mixture until fragrant spices. Insert cinnamon, clove, lime leaves, turmeric leaves and lemongrass, cook until done. Add the chicken and cook until half cooked. Add 300 ml coconut milk and cook over low heat until the coconut milk 2/3-nya reduced. Add the remaining coconut milk and cook until the sauce dry. Burn in the oven already hot and occasionally spread the remaining sauce until the chicken is dry yellow. Remove and serve with white rice


Bahan:

1 ekor ayam, belah empat
3 cm kayumanis
3 buah cengkeh
3 lbr daun jeruk
1 lbr daun kunyit
800 ml santan
3 sdm minyak goreng

Haluskan:
4 buah cabe merah
3 siung bawang putih
4 buah bawang merah
3 buah kemiri
½ sdt merica utuh
1 sdt ketumbar
½ sdt adas manis
½ sdt jinten
2 cm jahe
3 cm kunyit
Cara membuatnya:
Panaskan oven 200° C. Panaskan minyak dan tumis bumbu halus hingga harum. Masukkan kayumanis, cengkeh, daun jeruk, daun kunyit dan sereh, masak hingga matang. Masukkan ayam dan masak hingga ½ matang. Tambahkan 300 ml santan masak dengan api kecil hingga santan berkurang 2/3-nya. Masukkan sisa santan dan masak terus hingga kuah kering. Bakar dalam oven yang sudah panas sambil sesekali diolesi sisa kuah yang mengering hingga ayam kekuningan. Angkat dan sajikan dengan nasi putih
