COOKING CHICKEN FLOUR/AYAM GORENG TEPUNG

Material:

1 chicken, cut into 12 sections so
1 tablespoon lime juice and salt 1 sendokvteh
2 cm ginger, crushed
2 bay leaves
1 liter of water
Blend:
10 cloves garlic
8 points pecan, toasted
2 tablespoons coriander, toasted
1 tablespoon salt
Savory seasoning:
20 gr sago flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
Cooking oil to taste
Complement:
lalap vegetables and sambal plow

How to make:
Wash the chicken, coat with lemon juice and 1 teaspoon salt, let stand 15 minutes, washed again, tiriskan.Rebus chicken with ginger, bay leaves, and delicate spices. Cook chicken until tender, use a medium heat, lift. Drain chicken, reserving broth.

Bahan:

2 sdm ketumbar, sangrai
1 sdm garam
Bumbu gurih:
20 gr tepung sagu
1 sdt baking powder
Minyak goreng secukupnya
Pelengkap:
lalap sayuran dan sambal bajak

Cara membuatnya:

Cuci bersih ayam, lumuri dengan air jeruk nipis dan 1 sdt garam, diamkan 15 menit, cuci bersih lagi, tiriskan.Rebus ayam bersama jahe, daun salam, dan bumbu halus. Masak ayam sampai lunak, gunakan api sedang, angkat. Tiriskan ayamnya, sisihkan kuahnya.

Bumbu gurih:
ambil kuah ayam sebanyak 500 ml, campur dengan tepung sagu, masak hingga mengental, angkat, dinginkan. Setelah dingin, tambahkan dengan baking powder, aduk rata, sisihkan.
Panaskan minyak, goreng ayam hingga cokelat keemasan, angkat. Tuangkan bumbu gurih di atas ayam sesendok-sendok, goreng hingga kuning dan bersarang, angkat.
Sajikan hangat dengan lalap sayuran dan sambal bajak.
