Grilled fish recipes/Resep ikan kembung bakar bumbu kunyit

Material:
3 tail mackerel (500 grams)
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 / 2 teaspoon salt
400 ml coconut milk

Subtle seasoning:
5 red onions
3 cloves garlic
3 cm turmeric
7 red chilli
1 stalk lemongrass, crushed
1 / 2 teaspoon salt
1 / 4 teaspoon pepper
1 / 8 teaspoon nutmeg powder

How to Make:
1. Soak fish in lemon juice and salt and let stand 30 minutes.
2. Cook seasoning until smooth and thick coconut milk. Soak the fish in it for
30 minutes. Grilled fish with coconut milk dioles occasionally.
3. Serve the grilled fish with sauce.

to 4 servings






Bahan :
3 ekor ikan kembung (500 gram)
1 sendok teh air jeruk nipis
1/2 sendok teh garam
400 ml santan

Bumbu halus :
5 butir bawang merah
3 siung bawang putih
3 cm kunyit
7 buah cabai merah
1 tangkai serai, dimemarkan
1/2 sendok teh garam
1/4 sendok teh merica bubuk
1/8 sendok teh pala bubuk

Cara Membuat :
1. Rendam ikan dalam air jeruk dan garam lalu diamkan 30 menit.
2. Masak bumbu halus dan santan sampai kental. Rendam ikan di dalamnya selama
30 menit. Bakar ikan sambil sesekali dioles kuah santan.
3. Sajikan ikan bakar bersama saus.
