CHICKEN BURN LUMAJANG/AYAM BAKAR LUMAJANG

MATERIAL:
1 tail-range chicken, cut into 8 parts
1 orange juice
100 ml of water
3 tablespoons cooking oil

BUMBU SMOOTH:
Red chilli 5
8 fruit chili sauce
8 red onions
5 cloves garlic
1 teaspoon coriander
1 teaspoon shrimp paste
Brown sugar 1 tsp sliced
4 cm galangal, thinly sliced
1 stalk lemongrass, thinly sliced
salt

HOW TO MAKE:
Hit-up broke out at the chicken, coat of lime. Allow 30 minutes. Fry until the skin is slightly dry. Lift. Saute mixture until fragrant spices. Add the chicken and water. Cook until done. Bakr to smell. Serve with sambal and lalap.



BAHAN :
1 ekor ayam buras, potong 8 bagian
1 buah jeruk nipis
100 ml air
3 sendok makan minyak goreng

BUMBU HALUS :
5 buah cabai merah
8 buah cabai rawit
8 butir bawang merah
5 siung bawang putih
1 sendok teh ketumbar
1 sendok teh terasi
1 sdt gula merah iris
4 cm lengkuas, iris halus
1 batang serai, iris halus
garam secukupnya

CARA MEMBUAT :
Pukul-pukul ayam hingga pecah, lumuri jeruk nipis. Biarkan 30 menit. Goreng sampai kulitnya agak mengering. Angkat. Tumis bumbu halus hingga harum. Masukkan ayam dan air. Masak hingga matang. Bakar agar harum. Hidangkan dengan sambal dan lalap.
