kentucky fried chicken/ayam goreng kentucky

Material:

1 / 2 chicken cut part 6
1 / 2 kg wheat flour
1 / 4 kg rice flour
3 cloves garlic, ulek
Chicken egg 1 egg beaten off
1 orange juice to soak the chicken
salt
pepper

How to make:
1. Chickens that have been given dipotong2 lime juice and left for 10 minutes. Then inverted so that lime evenly and left 10 minutes later

Bahan:

Cara membuat:
1. Ayam yang sudah dipotong2 diberikan perasan jeruk nipis dan dibiarkan selama 10 menit. Kemudian dibalik agar jeruk nipis merata dan dibiarkan 10 menit kemudian
2. Cuci bersih ayam dan berikan ulekan bawang putih, garam dan merica pada kedua sisi ayam. Diamkan sebentar agar bumbu meresap
3. Buat 2 adonan yaitu adonan basah dan adonan kering
- Adonan basah: sisakan sedikit tepung terigu dan tepung beras
dan dibasahi dengan air secukupnya, jangan terlalu kental juga
terlalu encer
- Adonan kering: campur tepung beras, tepung terigu dan garam
secukupnya
4. Masukan potongan ayam satu persatu ke dalam urutan sbb:
1. kocokan telur
2. adonan basah
3. adonan kering
5. Goreng ayam dengan api sedang. Ingat! Jangan terburu-buru di balik karena masih ada kemungkinan bagian tengah ayam belum matang

Note: pabila anda menemukan bagian atas ayam yang sedang digoreng mengeluarkan darah biarkan saja karena itu artinya ayam tengah dimasak di bagian tengah sehingga darahnya keluar, setelah darah dilihat sudah aga mencoklat ayam harus dibalik agar mematangkan kedua sisi
