Resep Sapo Stuffed Fish Roll

materials:
200 gr stuffed fish rolls
200 gr squid meatballs, slice
100 gr shrimp, discard skin, cut back
Toffu BKS 1 egg, cut into 1 cm
3 tablespoons cornstarch
100 gr hioko fresh mushrooms, slivered 2
1 tsp green onion, cut into oblique
Oil for frying
Sauce:
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1 cm ginger, crushed
1 tablespoon soy sauce
3 tablespoons oyster sauce
2 tbsp tomato sauce
1 / 2 teaspoon salt
1 / 2 tsp pepper powder
500 ml of water dissolve
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1 tablespoon sesame oil
Cooking oil, for sauteing
Topping:
Cilantro

* Spread egg toffu with cornmeal, fried to yellow-brown, remove, set aside.
* Saute garlic and ginger until fragrant.
* Enter the stuffed fish rolls, meatballs squid, shrimp and mushrooms hioko and stir until the color changes.
* Add the sesame oil, soy sauce, oyster sauce, tomato sauce, salt and pepper, stir well, cook until done.
* Pour water cornstarch solution and stir until boiling and thickened.
* Enter toffu egg slices, cook 5 minutes, lift.
* Makes ready a serving bowl, arrange stuffed fish rolls, meatballs squid, shrimp, egg toffu, hioko mushrooms and scallions. Pour the sauce, sprinkle coriander leaves. Serve immediately.


bahan:
200 gr stuffed fish roll
200 gr bakso cumi, kerat
100 gr udang, buang kulitnya, belah punggungnya
1 bks egg toffu, potong 1 cm
3 sdm tepung maizena
100 gr jamur hioko segar, belah 2
1 btg daun bawang, potong serong
Minyak untuk menggoreng
Saus :
2 siung bawang putih, memarkan
1 cm jahe, memarkan
1 sdm kecap manis
3 sdm saus tiram
2 sdm saus tomat
1/2 sdt garam
1/2 sdt merica bubuk
500 ml air larutkan
1 sdm tepung maizena
1 sdm minyak wijen
Minyak goreng, untuk menumis
Taburan :
Daun ketumbar

* Lumuri egg toffu dengan tepung maizena, goreng hingga berwarna kuning kecokelatan, angkat, sisihkan.
* Tumis bawang putih dan jahe hingga harum.
* Masukkan stuffed fish roll, bakso cumi, udang dan jamur hioko, aduk rata sampai berubah warna.
* Tambahkan minyak wijen, kecap manis, saus tiram, saus tomat, garam dan merica bubuk, aduk rata, masak hingga matang.
* Tuangkan larutan air maizena, aduk rata sampai mendidih dan mengental.
* Masukkan potongan egg toffu, masak 5 menit, angkat.
* Penyajian : siapkan mangkuk saji, susun stuffed fish roll, bakso cumi, udang, egg toffu, jamur hioko dan daun bawang. Tuangkan kuahnya, taburkan daun ketumbar. Sajikan segera.
