Hollandaise sauce recipe

eniwe butter and egg yolk is the main ingredient in hollandaise sauce. butter margarine can be substituted but it was less manstafp. cucok hollandaise dijadiin friends eat various dishes of eggs, ikan2an (both ordinary cooked, or grilled steak), vegetables & root vegetables from the material (potatoes and teman2nya).


materials:
3sdm butter
2sdm flour
200ml fish stock water »I use chicken broth
Yolk 2bh
100ml vispgrädde
pepper & salt to taste
1sdt lemon juice

how to make:
input stengah the butter into a saucepan, add the flour and broth, cook a few minutes.

in another container mix together the egg yolks and vispgrädde, input into the pan, stirring frequently. continue to cook until the sauce thick. input remaining butter, season with pepper sauce, salt and lemon juice to taste, stir well and cook again for a minute. ready for use.

tips:
let result manstafp cooked sauce pan with a way to put in other containers ataw pans loaded water. It is also a good way to really keep the sauce to keep warm without making "burnt"

salah satu variasi hollandaise sauce kesukaan kami menurut intronya hollandaise sauce merupakan saus klasik dapur prancis. binun kan? gapapa saya juga dari namanya nebak ini mesti saus dapur blanda

eniwe butter dan kuning telur merupakan bahan utama hollandaise sauce. butter bisa diganti margarin but rasanya jadi kurang manstafp. saus hollandaise cucok dijadiin teman makan aneka hidangan dari telur , ikan2an (baik yg dimasak biasa, steak maupun grilled), sayuran & sayuran dari bahan umbi (kentang dan teman2nya).


bahan:
3sdm butter
2sdm tepung terigu
200ml air kaldu ikan »saya pakai air kaldu ayam
2bh kuning telur
100ml vispgrädde
merica & garam secukupnya
1sdt air jeruk lemon

cara membuat:
masukan stengah bagian butter kedalam panci, tambahkan tepung dan air kaldu, masak beberapa menit.

dalam wadah lainnya campur jadi satu kuning telur dan vispgrädde, masukan kedalam panci sambil diaduk. lanjutkan memasak hingga saus kental. masukan sisa butter, bumbui saus dgn merica, garam dan air jeruk lemon sesuai selera, aduk rata, masak kembali sebentar saja. siap digunakan.

tips:
biar hasilnya manstafp saus dimasak dgn cara meletakan panci didalam wajan ataw wadah lainnya yg diisi air. cara ini juga bagus banget tuk menjaga agar saus tetap hangat tanpa membuatnya "hangus"
